Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Data entry into various platforms
  • Follow established scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Upsell products when opportunities arise
  • Buid sustainable relationships with customers
  • Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work in night shifts
  • Able to work under pressure
