Key Responsibilities
  • The position is responsible for timely and accurate handling of regular requests from clients.
  • Reporting daily updates.
  • Communicating necessary updates with clients.
  • Assisting clients in completing the TC application in an online system.
  • Managing data.
Requirements
  • A 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Textile certification Standards is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Textile processes and products is preferred.
  • Applied knowledge regarding Textile Transaction Certificate (TC).
  • Experience in Textile or related organization is preferred.
  • Energetic, confident, proactive.
  • Positive work ethics, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills & teamwork.
  • Ability to work accurately within expected timelines.
