Tailor Made Assistant for Textile Certification Department

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant in the Textile Certifications department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the textile industry and its products.

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for handling regular requests from clients, providing timely updates, and communicating necessary information to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and observation skills, as well as being a keen reader and detail-oriented person. If you have a passion for textiles and certification processes, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate handling of regular requests from clients.
  • Daily updates reporting.
  • Necessary updates communication with clients.
  • Assisting clients in completing the TC application in an online system.
  • Data Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years combination of Bachelors & Masters).
  • Knowledge of Textile certification Standards preferred.
  • Knowledge of Textile processes and products preferred.
  • Applied knowledge regarding Textile Transaction Certificate (TC).
  • Experience in Textile or related organization preferred.
  • Energetic, confident, and proactive.
  • Positive work ethics, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills & teamwork.
  • Ability to work accurately within expected timelines.
