Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our GIS initiatives, driving strategic planning and implementation to optimize project outcomes and enhance returns. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily network planning, design operations, project completion, and financial goals associated with Desktop Audit and Desktop Marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective GIS strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.
  2. Supervise Analysts and Technicians on the Desktop Audit/Core Function team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Collaborate with Operations and Sales Teams to collect and analyze inputs for mapping on GIS, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in SQL Server, GIS software, and IT troubleshooting.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, GIS, Computer Science, MIS, Planning, or a closely related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to perform spatial analysis using advanced SQL and spatial queries, with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.

  • Ericsson Network Engineer (ENE) use and troubleshooting.
