We are looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing documents and data accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process documents and data accurately and efficiently
  • Verify all details and ensure accuracy
  • Report discrepancies and follow up with concerned teams
  • Update clarified discrepancies while processing files
  • Perform other operational duties as required by the organization
Responsibilities Under RFC/RIF Creation
  • Check requests and pro forma invoices received from business units
  • Create or complete RFC/RIF as necessary
  • Capture details from ID forms and/or pro forma invoices in Siebel
  • Assign RFC/RIF to issuing office
  • Communicate with concerned teams in business units
Responsibilities Under RFC/RIF Validation
  • Check documents received and activate new importers/exporters
  • Check important data fields as per instructions provided by business units
  • Validate RFC/RIF or set it as 'Temp. exporter' or 'Pending' or 'Not Inspectable'
Responsibilities Under Inspection Report Update
  • Check details on inspection reports as per process-specific checklist
  • Update details in Siebel for further processing
  • Send system-generated email to exporters for submission of final documents
Responsibilities Under Shipment Product Update
  • Enter data products based on inspection report and final documents
  • Seek clarification from concerned teams and update comments/status in Siebel
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent typing speed (35-40 wpm) and accuracy (above 95%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word & MS Excel)
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
