About This Role

This senior management position is responsible for overseeing business operations and providing expert legal counsel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, mitigate risks, and develop effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Operations Management: Effectively manage day-to-day business activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, leveraging your expertise in negotiation, drafting, and risk management.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, data, analytics, content, finance, administration, accounting, and human resources teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
  4. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Proactively track and analyze campaign metrics, identifying areas for improvement and escalating delivery issues as needed.
  5. Sales Pipeline Development: Strategically build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving high levels of activity and meeting performance objectives.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present regular reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and commercial metrics.
  7. Brand Representation: Serve as the primary representative of the brand in the marketplace, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
