As a key partner, you will drive employee relations and create a great employee experience by ensuring unbiased facilitation of complaint resolutions. You will also help facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or legal charges.

This role reports directly to the HRBP Director.

Responsibilities:">
  • Serve as the main point of contact and ER investigator
  • Conduct investigations with varying levels of difficulty and sensitivity and make recommendations on appropriate resolutions
  • Assume ownership of cases assigned and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues of employee concerns or conflict in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Help facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or legal charges
  • In consultation with Legal and HRBPs, plan and implement ER processes, plans, programs, and tools to build organizational capability
  • Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as needed

Requirements:">

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent in work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the HRBP domain with 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations and/or labor relations
  • Familiarity with employment laws in Pakistan and India is an asset
