We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our organization.
This role requires experience in managing challenging service industries, supervising office affairs, and leading a team. A successful candidate will have strong sales and marketing knowledge, be able to secure projects, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Office Management: Supervise employees, manage daily office activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities, prospect for clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Cold Calling: Make targeted calls within the market or geographic area to establish a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the team to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
- Pricing and Negotiation: Participate in pricing solutions and handle objections by clarifying agreements and working through differences.
