
Key Account Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing relationships with existing and new customers. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
You will be responsible for preparing and implementing strategic sales plans for key accounts, proposing order and revenue targets and leading the preparation of bids and tenders. You will also ensure that you are fully aware of all details/aspects of bid or tender preparation/submission including technical, commercial, operations, reports and CRM updates.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy and problem analysis and conflict resolution skills. You will also have experience in planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and control of all sales and marketing aspects.
