Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify potential leads using various channels, including social media platforms, CRM databases, and web tools.
- Initiate outbound outreach via emails, calls, and messaging apps to engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
