We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team in implementing cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires exceptional technical and functional knowledge of Oracle CC&B Version 2.x. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience with system implementation, configuration, development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effort in implementing and upgrading the CC&B solution to meet customer satisfaction, quality, and timelines.
  • Play a crucial role in supporting and leading the CC&B implementation and upgrade at our organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, develop, and implement phases of the project.
  • Conduct business process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize leadership skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Understand key implementation and upgrade issues and develop solutions using Oracle CC&B's functionality.
  • Manage business processes and design integration strategies.
  • Suggest and validate solution options for requirements and lead the solution design with business teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a functional role and project management, including Oracle CC&B Version 2.x working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Computer Science.
  • Experience with application integration testing, including real-time applications solutions.
  • Familiarity with billing and rates.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
