Ensure that both parties are on the same page when it comes to contract terms and specifications. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in this role, as you work with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.

The job requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with claims issues. You will need to troubleshoot and provide technical support to ensure smooth contract compliance. Keeping track of reporting and claiming deadlines is also essential, so you can notify relevant parties on time.

You will be responsible for assembling and distributing various documents, manuals and materials, as well as maintaining records and files related to company operations. Additionally, you may operate standard office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, computers and telephones.

Job Specification

Language Skills: Effective communication is key in this role. You must be able to communicate orally and in writing, and demonstrate expertise and professionalism at all times. Following up on communications with customers, vendors and colleagues is also critical.

Work Environment: The job involves working in an office environment with moderate noise levels. As you perform your duties, you may be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects or engage in other physical activities.
