We are seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork Expert to help us connect with top-tier clients, write compelling proposals, and successfully handle discovery calls. If you thrive on meeting targets, building relationships, and exceeding expectations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target high-ticket projects on Upwork that align with our expertise.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market rates, project scopes, and client needs.
  • Craft persuasive proposals that demonstrate our value proposition and showcase past successes.
  • Tailor proposal content to specific client requirements, ensuring a high response rate.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with potential clients to understand project scope and clarify any queries.
  • Build rapport and trust by asking the right questions and effectively communicating our capabilities.
  • Manage ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients through Upwork.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups, document meeting notes, and coordinate next steps with the internal team.
  • Keep Upwork profiles updated with compelling portfolios, client testimonials, and case studies.
  • Stay current with Upwork policies, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product development, etc.) to gather resources for proposals.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven, hands-on experience using Upwork for high-value ticket projects.
  • Proposals & Communication: Strong track record of crafting winning proposals, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Discovery Calls: Experience in leading introductory/discovery calls, with a consultative approach to identifying client needs.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Upwork algorithms, best practices, and community guidelines.
  • Organization: Exceptional time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM software) for documentation and reporting.
