Job Overview

This role is pivotal to identifying, attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring seamless HR operations and compliance.


The Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment process, employee relations, and performance management processes contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and manage the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment and HR Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
