We're searching for a **Head of Business Development** – a senior leadership role that drives external growth and plays a pivotal role in scaling retail footprint and investment strategy.


**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Chief Business Operations Officer (CBOO)**, this role leads two high-impact verticals:

* **Site Acquisition & Property Leasing**

* **Investment Portfolio & Capital Generation**

You'll be the driving force behind securing new store locations, engaging investors, and turning strategic growth goals into market-facing outcomes. This is a **highly visible, externally facing** role with direct impact on **store expansion, investor engagement**, and **brand scalability**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Site Acquisition & Property Leasing**

* Identify & secure high-potential retail locations in line with Planning Committee direction

* Conduct footfall, competitor, and financial analyses for site selection

* Lead lease negotiations, approvals & documentation

* Maintain a strong network of brokers, landlords, and real estate partners

**2. Investment & Capital Generation**

* Develop and execute capital-generation strategies for growth

* Engage and convert investors into long-term partners

* Structure and manage investment opportunities

* Build a reliable pool of investors and ensure transparent reporting


**What We're Looking For**

* **12+ years** in business development, commercial real estate, investments, or corporate growth

* Strong track record in closing real estate deals and managing investor relationships

* Industry exposure to **QSR, retail, or hospitality** is a strong plus

* Proficient in **financial modeling, negotiations, and stakeholder management**

* MBA or equivalent degree in **Business, Finance, or related fields**
