Senior Corporate Legal Advisor

This is a senior-level corporate legal role that involves providing expert advice on all aspects of corporate law, including contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, focusing on compliance with local and international laws.
  • Provide legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
  • Support pre-litigation dispute management, helping to prepare documentation and liaising with external counsel.
  • Assist in the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property rights.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate governance policies and ensure compliance across departments.
  • Conduct basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior legal staff for decision-making.
  • Foster communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and business partners.
  • Assist in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • L.L.B. / L.L.M with 2+ years of transaction/corporate experience (1 year of litigation experience with a law firm is preferred).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competent in legal research.
  • Ability to work during the U.S shift.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be able to think critically, and have excellent problem-solving skills. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proactive approach to learning and development.

We offer a competitive salary range of PKR 5,000,000 - PKR 15,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
