Corporate Lawyer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review legally binding agreements on behalf of the corporation, including employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance on corporate law matters, ensuring that the company adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage litigation and disputes, representing the company in court when necessary.
  • Advise senior management on a range of legal issues affecting the company, such as intellectual property matters and employment law.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
