Clinical Laboratory Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing audit trails, working with regional managers, and resolving queries raised by our Patient Business Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the audit trail for laboratory Off Campus locations and take required actions in consultation with management.
- Work directly with regional managers, compile all relevant reports on a monthly-basis and share it with the management for corrective and preventive actions.
- Review refund payment process on regular-basis.
- Resolve queries raised by Patient Business Service Department.
- Monitor daily reports of transactions pertaining to off-campus locations and perform other related responsibilities.
Requirements
You should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
- Excellent typing speed and ability to effectively work independently as well as in teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
- Good command on MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
