About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company facilities in Lahore, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be involved in developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facility needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating facilities changes for office and production equipment layouts.
  2. Estimating design costs including design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
  3. Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations by developing performance specifications.
  4. Managing budgets and approving contracts and purchases.
  5. Analyzing problems, compiling data, and preparing reports and recommendations.
  6. Communicating effectively with vendors, suppliers, and visitors.
