Online Marketplace Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
The e-commerce sales manager is responsible for leading our online marketplace presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard products to major e-commerce platforms, including Walmart, Target, Chewy, PetSmart, and Petco.
- Upload and optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across platforms.
- Monitor and maintain product inventory across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
- Run and manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate order flow and coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Stay current on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management across multiple online retailers.
- Experience running promotions and campaigns on third-party platforms.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
