Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage HR plans to ensure seamless implementation
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation to identify areas for improvement

  • Process payroll and benefits, and ensure timely updates to HRIS databases
  • Design and deliver orientation training programs to new employees
