We're looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Market Positioning: Identify and secure WordPress and SEO projects from prominent freelancing platforms.
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and social media to connect with potential clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Compelling Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals that effectively communicate expertise and value proposition.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance Analysis & Strategy Refining: Analyze market trends and performance data to develop and refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong expertise in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and other prominent freelancing platforms.
  • Client Generation: Proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Working Arrangements:

  • Location: Remote
  • Timings: 7PM to 4AM
