About the Role:- This position plays a vital role in driving business growth by establishing meaningful connections with potential clients.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to reach UK/US-based businesses.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales team members.
- Research target industries and companies to assist in lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the sales lead on strategic planning, messaging, and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach scripts and follow-up content.
- Provide feedback from prospects to enhance service offerings and pitches.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or cold-calling roles (B2B preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking to C-level decision-makers.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is beneficial.
