Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Dynamics AX Finance module. Your primary objective will be to facilitate the integration of the system with the client's existing business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure the Dynamics AX Finance module.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct testing and prepare test data.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
After Go Live Role:
  • Primary responsibility for handling tasks and application support to end-users.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and solve issues.
  • Responsible for enhancements.
  • Writing functional specifications.
  • Preparing test data and conducting testing.
  • Interaction with end users and updating the status.
  • Training the end users and preparing end user training material.
  • Mentor and train less experienced team members.
