About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, we're seeking a dynamic Talent & HR Data Analyst who combines recruitment expertise with data-driven insights. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing hiring strategies, developing strategic HR dashboards, and enhancing our HRIS, ATS, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment cycles across diverse roles, leveraging data analysis to drive actionable insights, and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership on strategic people initiatives.

  • Design and generate insightful HR reports & dashboards (headcount, hiring funnel, etc.)

  • Analyze talent data to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment strategies

  • Maintain and enhance HRMS/HRIS systems to ensure seamless data management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve speed and quality of hires through effective ATS workflows

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in all HR platforms

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in recruitment and HR analytics

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or other analytics tools, and hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for numbers

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

  • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting, executive search, or HR environment

  • Background in process automation or workflow optimization

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a data/analytics-related field
