We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving project success by ensuring smooth execution, coordination of various activities, management of schedules, effective communication between stakeholders, and completion of tasks on time and within scope.

About the Job

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the progress and quality of the work being produced by different teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
