Senior Manager IT Business Partner

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring strategic IT investments are optimised for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive strategic outcomes.

  • A degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least six years of relevant experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

This position encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:

  • IT Business Partner (80%)– Lead a team in supporting business units' innovation initiatives, with a focus on enhancing airport efficiency, productivity, and HR transformation.
  • IT Portfolio Management (20%)– Oversee budget management, conduct expenditure analysis, and drive cost optimisation efforts.

Technical Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across divisions.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
