- Manage candidate profiles, resumes, and job postings efficiently.
- Renew and close LinkedIn job posts, review applications, and source top talent.
- Effectively manage email communications, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clutter-free inbox.
- Schedule meetings with precision and ensure smooth calendar coordination.
- Handle urgent scheduling changes and communicate effectively with executives during travel.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and tools to support client development.
- Research industry-related podcasts and develop engaging outreach pitches.
- Provide exceptional support for webinars, live events, and follow-up activities.
- Engage with LinkedIn users to promote brand awareness.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and provide valuable insights through weekly progress reports.
- A 4-Year Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar support role is required.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (RecruiterFlow a plus) and LinkedIn recruiting tools is necessary.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
- Tech-savviness, adaptability, and ability to learn new tools quickly is required.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
