Performance and Reward Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Manager – Performance and Reward Analytics. This position involves supporting the delivery of key reward activities, including variable pay pool modeling, fixed pay range development, market benchmarking analysis, and annual pay review reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR COEs to improve data accuracy within internal systems. They will be responsible for maintaining high data integrity and ensuring data maintenance and accuracy of databases in line with the Group Performance and Reward architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support delivery of key reward activities such as variable pay pool modeling, building and implementing fixed pay ranges, market benchmarking analysis, and annual pay review reporting and analytics for the organization.
  2. Assist in preparing and completing dashboards and reports for compensation teams. Understand data needs and utilize systems to consolidate compensation data and generate relevant reports and analytics.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare, analyze, and present reports that provide meaningful business insights.
  4. Communicate complex data analysis and problems clearly to decision-makers using appropriate tools and visualizations.
  5. Extract reports from multiple sources, convert raw data into actionable insights, and present recommendations clearly.
  6. Maintain high data integrity by working with HR COEs to improve data accuracy within internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
