The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient day-to-day management of our contact centre's HR service. This position is responsible for setting and monitoring performance and quality standards for team members, leading to a high-quality responsive service that meets internal customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Human Resources team members to achieve section objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for all matters relating to Human Resources, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment practices.
  • Develop and implement effective management and staff development plans to enhance skill sets and improve performance.
  • Research and initiate policies, procedures, and systems to achieve organisational objectives; monitor effectiveness and recommend change as necessary.
  • Manage remuneration systems and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines is also crucial. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager should be able to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
