Trade Operations Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the relevant unit. They will also socialize with teams, ensuring that everyone is up-to-date with Regulatory and Group policies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the relevant unit.
  2. Socialize with teams to keep everyone informed about Regulatory and Group policies.
  3. Process daily transactions efficiently.
  4. Check and input all required data involved in trade transactions.
  5. Perform EOD daily recon.
  6. Extract reports properly.
  7. Complete assigned tasks by Team leaders.
  8. Achieve set productivity targets and processing standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with Company/Group rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices, and code of conduct.
  10. Report suspicious transactions to Anti Money Laundering approvers.
  11. Keep abreast with existing and potential customers and their businesses.
  12. Maintain close relationships with Internal Units to facilitate solutions to customer inquiries/problems and/or tailor services for specific customer requests.
  13. Manage day-to-day operations of the team to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality services to customers.
  14. Supervise trade services delivery with agreed service standards.
  15. Review existing practices and identify gaps for improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
  16. Maintain Error Logs for the unit and socialize with the team and Head of Trade Operations.
  17. Assist Unit Manager, Trade in migrating trade practices and quality standards.
  18. Ensure related approvals are in place for all trade transactions before authorization.
  19. Provide timely reporting to the Group / Regulatory Authorities.
