Job Title: Lead Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to generate, manage, and convert leads for our design services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate quality leads across platforms.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the lead funnel from acquisition to nurturing and handover to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the design team to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Must have industry experience.
