As a Grid Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple key performance indicators within a specific grid. These KPIs include Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development, and Cell Sites Utilization.

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales through strategic planning and execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of gross ads and 3G/4G gross additions to meet business targets.

You will identify and expand high-potential channels within the grid to drive sales growth. This includes managing customer experience at franchises, handling complaints, and monitoring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong skills in Integrity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Time Management, Good Presentation & Interpersonal Skills, and Negotiation Skills.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university and at least 5 years of work experience.

Key skills required for this position include Sales Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Computer Skills.
