Key Account Managers play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strategic relationships with vendors. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure optimal pricing, stock availability, and promotional strategies.

- Provide expert guidance on business strategies, pricing models, and operational processes to enhance vendor performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive advantage.
- Optimize vendor operations to prevent stockouts and deadstock.
- Develop and execute promotions in collaboration with marketing teams to boost sales.
- Identify opportunities for assortment growth by introducing new product categories and SKUs.
- Promote seasonal and event-based campaigns to increase revenue.
- Drive vendor contribution to overall revenue through strategic planning and analysis.
- Maintain accurate payment records and reconcile vendor payments efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management, vendor management, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with marketplaces, vendor negotiations, and sales growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
