About This Role

This role requires entering and maintaining financial data for containers, including income and cost, updating arrival, return, and border crossing dates in Salesforce to maintain accurate tracking, and uploading and linking container images within the Salesforce asset cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain financial data for containers, including income and cost.
  • Update arrival, return, and border crossing dates in Salesforce to maintain accurate tracking.
  • Upload and link container images within the Salesforce asset cards.
  • Review and correct transportation documents in Salesforce.
  • C Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Maintain organized digital records and logs for all uploaded documentation.
  • Follow all instructions provided by the Team Lead precisely and in a timely manner.
