We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expand our presence in the local market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building strong relationships, and understanding client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the local market, including restaurants, factories, and small-to-large businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic business development efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (experience in software solutions is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape, including an understanding of the competitive market and customer needs.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
