Job Title: Sales Expert
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree completion required.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with English fluency.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to handle sales environment, work as an individual, and a team player.
