Job Title

Senior Human Resources Leader

This role requires a professional with expertise in strategic Human Resources to drive business outcomes through effective HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement fair compensation and benefits packages that align with business objectives.
  • Performance Review Program: Establish and implement performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to drive employee engagement and development.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and ensure compliance with fair HR policies that promote a positive work environment, support diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Talent Acquisition: Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify top talent and build a high-performing team.
  • Training and Development Programs: Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
  • Labor Legislation Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for labor legislation issues, providing guidance on employment contracts, leaves, and insurance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Technology and Operations: Review and recommend HR technology, including HRIS and ATS, to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Employee Retention and Engagement: Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates to inform business decisions, and develop strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Senior HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Recruiting Experience: Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening to final hiring decisions.
  • Labor Legislation: Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  • Education: BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
