Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with precision, taking detailed minutes and action points.

Communication

Compose professional emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms in a timely manner.

Reporting

Assist in preparing regular reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Filing and Records

Maintain an up-to-date filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Policies and Procedures

Update and maintain office policies and procedures, adhering to company standards.

Office Supplies

Procure office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers to optimize resources.

Contact Management

Maintain accurate contact lists, facilitating smooth communication with stakeholders.

Visitor Support

Provide general support to visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Clients and Liaison

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, liaising with executive assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  5. 1-2 years of administrative experience desired.
