As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our organization. This includes greeting visitors and screening phone calls in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Assistance: Assist all departments with general administrative duties such as preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  2. Communication Management: Monitor and screen all incoming communication, prioritize according to importance, and bring relevant communication to the notice of management for action.
  3. File Maintenance: Maintain and update files, and retrieve relevant information as needed.
  4. Database Management: Manage databases, visiting cards, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
  5. Office Equipment: Supervise office equipment and stationery requirements, and prepare a requirements list monthly.
  6. Customer Service: Act as a customer service officer as required.
Job Specifications
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with ability to take initiative and provide top-notch telephone etiquette.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email, and internet.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong stress and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with UAE experience being an added advantage.
  • Knowledge: Have knowledge of Secretarial Practice and front office coordination.
Work Environment

This role requires a high level of judgment to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively at all levels. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in administrative assistance and customer service would be advantageous.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be preferred.
