Job Summary

Maintain a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students by working to targets set by the institution's leadership.

  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with faculty workload policy.
  • Develop and contribute to teaching programs, employing innovative strategies and facilitating experiential learning.
  • Challenge student thinking, foster debate, and develop critical discourse and rational thinking skills.
Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements as required.
  • Set, mark, and assess student work and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student academic performance for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Mentor students through a university mentoring program.
Achieving Excellence

Incorporate Islamic and ethical values into teaching practices. Participate in departmental and institutional committees as necessary.

Research and Publication Opportunities
  • Conduct independent research, act as principal investigator, and project leader.
  • Write or contribute to publications and disseminate research findings using various media channels.
Leadership and Management Role
  • Act as a line manager, supervising the work of others in research teams and projects.
  • Supervise PhD students as needed.

Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.
