Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that products and stock levels are always available and delivered on time.
The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with different stakeholders such as demand planning, commercial, and supply chain team to ensure the right inventory levels and availability of assortment for our business. This includes conducting regular reviews with suppliers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, resolving supplier issues and disputes promptly and efficiently, and creating & maintaining delivery schedules between Distribution Center, Suppliers & Stores for inventory transfer.
The Supply Chain Manager will also ensure timely returns of all damaged, expired, and non-usable items from Stores to Suppliers, maintain master-data for all SKUs, ensuring product configurations are accurately captured from Suppliers and reflected on internal systems. Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will follow up with Suppliers on non-delivered items, running an RCA (root cause analysis) and constantly improve fill-rates to reduce out-of-stock.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail & speed of execution, as well as strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of Supplier & DC operation teams.
