Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and staff members with a smile.
  2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints.
  3. Coordinate patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely check-in and check-out processes.
  4. Process patient information, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
