ERP Integration Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ERP Integration Specialist to lead the development of connectors between our platform and various ERP systems. This hands-on role requires deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test robust connectors between our platform and selected ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system and data architecture.
  • Define functional and non-functional integration requirements and product plans.
  • Translate business processes into effective data flows between systems, ensuring compliance with accounting and security standards.
  • Build, test, and deploy APIs, middleware, or ETL solutions for seamless data exchange.
  • Document integration architecture, setup instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Liaise with ERP technical contacts to ensure compatibility and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience developing integrations with ERP systems, especially Sage Intacct, X3, or 300.
  • Proficiency in API design and development, and data integration patterns.
  • Experience with ERP data models, especially financial data like GL, AP, AR, and journal entries.
  • Strong coding/scripting skills, e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a project from discovery to delivery.
  • Good team player with effective collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contract
