About Us

We are a growing organization seeking a visionary Sr. Enterprise Software Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of a complete internal software ecosystem. The role involves building customized modules for
SCM, Store, Finance & Accounts, HR, Admin, IT, and Production
, while also ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of internal enterprise software solutions.
  • Build and integrate core business modules including
    SCM, Finance & Accounts, HR, Admin, IT, Production, and Stores
    .
  • Develop scalable architectures, APIs, and integrations with external/third-party applications.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the software team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in system security, testing, documentation, and compliance.
  • Oversee implementation of
    ERP, BI, ETL, and Data Integration frameworks
    .

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong background in
    ERP, ETL, BI, and Custom Software Development
    .
  • Proven experience in
    system architecture, integration, and data management
    .
  • Proficiency in programming:
    Apex, PL/SQL, PeopleCode, .NET, Java, Python, React, Angular,
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
    and
    cloud platforms
    .
  • Experience with
    BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
    and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with
    SCM, Finance, HR, and Production business processes
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS/BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP or similar project management training/certification.
  • 8–10+ years of professional experience in enterprise solutions, ERP, and software integrations.
  • Prior experience leading
    large-scale ERP / enterprise system implementations
