At Project Engineering & Management Services (PEMS), we are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive/Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our services as an MEP contractor and fire protection equipment distributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, and developers to enlist vendors and contractors
  • Conduct research on upcoming projects to gather relevant data
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers through cold calling
  • Work closely with key strategic customers to grow sales
  • Negotiate agreements to close sales deals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MEP sales or marketing for 2-5 years
  • Background in fire protection systems is advantageous

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results-driven action
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Organized and responsible individual with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • DAE or B-Tech or Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical
  • Certification in sales or marketing is an asset
