Customer Engagement Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Outreach Team as a Customer Engagement Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The Customer Engagement Representative will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and guide buyers toward the best-fit solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.

  • Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat to build strong relationships and drive sales.
  • Provide product recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and conversion of leads.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, customer engagement platforms, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
