We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in Islamabad.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about company products and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent spoken and listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Masters)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
