Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from initiation to completion. Your primary focus will be on active project takeoffs, reading specifications, and supervising draftsmen responsible for making detail drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule projects to ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Experience in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • You must have a strong background in AUTOCAD, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Proven project management skills, including attention to detail, methodical approach, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, excluding lunch breaks, with flexibility to work late nights as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in production management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry software, such as AUTOCAD and MS Project.
