Project Lead Position

The Project Lead plays a pivotal role in driving project success by analyzing systems requirements, designing system architecture and framework, and efficiently managing resources to produce desired solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing systems requirements from analysts
  • Designing overall system architecture and framework
  • Efficiently managing resources to produce desired solutions
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development with expertise in design, object-oriented analysis, design, object-oriented programming in J2EE, Java, and JSP
  • Experience required in UML and Websphere/Weblogic Application Server
  • Experience in engineering J2EE applications within the Weblogic platform
  • Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience as a team lead with mentoring and coaching skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from a reputable local or foreign university
